Each Orenvella bouquet is made to order, gift-ready and packed carefully for its journey.

Where we currently ship

We currently accept orders for the United States, Canada and Australia. Shipping availability, service level and final cost are confirmed at checkout. We do not currently ship to destinations outside these markets.

Making your bouquet

Please allow 2-4 business days for production before dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

• United States: 7-15 business days with standard tracked shipping.
• Canada: 10-18 business days with standard tracked shipping.
• Australia: 10-18 business days with standard tracked shipping.
• Priority delivery: 3-7 business days after dispatch where available.

Tracking, duties and returns

Tracking is sent after dispatch. Applicable duties, taxes and import charges depend on the destination and service. Contact hello@orenvella.com within 7 days if an order arrives damaged. Do not return an item until support provides written instructions.

Returns address

Returns must be authorized by our support team before sending. The authorized return address is: 5F, Building 3, Nantong Meier Ya Textile Co., Ltd., Wenzhou North Road, Chuanjiang Town, Tongzhou District, Nantong, Jiangsu, China.
