Shipping Policy

Processing time

Each Orenvella crochet bouquet is made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before dispatch. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or where we need to confirm delivery details.

Shipping method and carrier

International orders are transported by air and dispatched through SF Express, our shipping partner. Depending on the destination, final-mile delivery may be completed by SF Express or one of its local delivery partners. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

United States shipping

Standard tracked shipping to the United States costs US$6.90. Standard tracked delivery is typically 7–15 business days after dispatch. Orders with an after-discount merchandise subtotal of US$69 or more qualify for free U.S. standard shipping.

Priority shipping

Priority delivery, where available, is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Availability and any additional cost are shown at checkout for eligible addresses.

Other destinations

Destination availability, shipping method and delivery cost are shown at checkout only for destinations currently enabled by Orenvella. We may be unable to ship to some destinations at this stage.

Delays and tracking

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, weather, carrier disruption, public holidays, high-volume periods, pandemics or other events outside our control can cause delays. Once dispatched, tracking details are provided when available.
