These terms apply when you use the Orenvella website or place an order with us.

Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to purchase the selected item. We accept an order when we send confirmation or dispatch it. Prices, shipping charges, destinations and currencies are shown before checkout. We may correct obvious listing errors before acceptance.

Handmade character

Every bouquet is made by hand. Small differences in stitch, shape, color tone, placement and wrapping are part of its handmade character. Product photos are a guide and screen settings can affect perceived color.

Delivery, returns and messages

Production normally takes 2-4 business days before dispatch; delivery dates are estimates. You are responsible for a complete delivery address. Our Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy apply. Gift messages must not be unlawful, abusive or harmful.
