We want your handmade gift to arrive safely and feel special when it is opened.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Please email hello@orenvella.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

Eligible returns

For eligible non-personalized items, contact us within 14 days of delivery before returning anything. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned with original packaging. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Made-to-order and personalized items

Change-of-mind returns may be unavailable for personalized or custom items where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect rights for items that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return or evidence has been reviewed. Payment providers may need additional time to show the credit.
