Yes. Every bouquet is crocheted, shaped and assembled by hand. Small variations are part of its handmade character.

How large are the bouquets?
Most bouquets are approximately 20–30 cm (8–12 in) tall. Please check each product page for the closest available measurements.

How long does production take?
Each order is made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before dispatch.

Where do you ship?
We are preparing tracked delivery for the United States, Canada and Australia. Shipping availability and service options are shown at checkout.

How do I care for crochet flowers?
Keep your bouquet away from moisture, strong direct sunlight and pets. Remove light dust gently with a soft brush.

Can I include a message card?
A blank message card is included. Handwritten messages are offered as an optional service when ordering opens.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email hello@orenvella.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
